No sane person likes the smell of vomit. Vomit is especially annoying when the smell lingers and wont leave your carpet. Fortunately, there is a way to get rid of disgusting carpet aromas. It involves the use of baking soda, a vacuum, and a flat tool.

You will need to mix water and baking soda into a paste. Make sure the paste is equal parts baking soda and water. Put the paste on the vomit smell, allowing it to dry. Using your flat tool, take the baking soda/water off the carpet as though you were paint scraping. Vacuum the area before you scrape any remains off. Repeat, if necessary.
